Master Haliva served in an elite counter-terrorism unit of the Israel Defense Forces, where he specialized in small-unit tactics, weapons training, Krav Maga instruction, and explosive operations. His service laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to personal security, public safety, and the art of controlled, intelligent self-defense.
After his military service, Master Haliva spent over a decade protecting government officials, overseeing private and institutional security, and working in Israel’s National Insurance Foreclosure and Execution Branch, where he dealt with high-tension public encounters daily.
These real-world situations informed his understanding of violence—not as a theory, but as a lived challenge to be approached with strategy, calm, and discipline.
The Shadow Method was developed from Master Haliva’s extensive operational experience, combined with his martial arts background. It integrates elements of traditional Ninjutsu and Krav Maga, but its essence lies in:
